All Rights Reserved to the trade-name/trade-mark, as well as any and all derivatives, including the biological and intellectual properties connected to the physical form and consciousness of the aforementioned name. Unauthorized use of any properties listed below is strictly prohibited and will incur legal and financial consequences as specified herein.

PUBLIC FEE SCHEDULE FOR COPYRIGHT CLAIM # 00063622-1:

Any unauthorized use of the aforementioned copy-righted/copy-claimed names without prior written authorization, biological, physical, or intellectual properties or any creations of this living body will result in the immediate application of the following public fee schedule:

• Usage Fee: 3,000,000 USD (Three Million US Dollars) per each unauthorized usage of the protected copy-righted, copy-claimed names, likeness, or physical and intellectual properties, including but not limited to:
• Use in any communication medium, including but not limited to electronic, written, or oral;
• Use in legal, administrative, commercial, or personal documents or communications;
• Reporting or sharing information with third parties such as government agencies, government agents, officers of the court, financial institutions, medical facilities, credit bureaus, or any other organizations;
• Any derivative or variation of the physical or intellectual properties used without express, prior written consent from the copyright holder.

The fee applies per instance of unauthorized use and is due and payable immediately in USD or Bitcoin (BTC) upon usage and/or discovery of the infraction. By the usage, injury, or unauthorized exploitation of the intellectual property, likeness, works, or any associated creations of Cynthia Kay Randolp ™ ©, the living woman with arms and legs, all parties agree to be bound by the terms of the fee schedule outlined below. This agreement becomes binding upon any form of usage, direct or indirect, and is immediately due and payable as specified.

    Fee Schedule for Harm, Injury, or Unauthorized Usage

    • Injury or Harm to the Copyrighted Body
      Starting Claim: $50,000,000 USD
      If Remitted After Notice: $100,000,000 USD (due and payable immediately upon notice)
      
      • Physical Injury: Minimum: $50,000,000 USD; Maximum: $100,000,000.00 USD
      • Emotional or Psychological Harm: Minimum: $25,000,000 USD; Maximum: $100,000,000 USD
    • Unauthorized Use of Copyrighted Materials
      Starting Claim: $20,000,000 USD per instance
      If Remitted After Notice: $40,000,000 USD per instance (due and payable immediately)

      • Second Violation: $40,000,000 USD
      • Subsequent Violations: Up to $80,000,000 USD depending on scope and impact
    • Usage Without Proper Written Attribution
